Welcome to Kusumdevi Sunderlal Dugar Jain Dental College and Hospital, Kolkata.
Although essentially conceptualized almost a decade ago, the college was established in 2016. Keeping with the principles of Shree S. S Jain Sabha, Kolkata, we are dedicated to our aim of providing Dental education program of the highest standard for the next generation in the Dental Profession who will serve the society and the nation with dedication, compassion and utmost professionalism. It is our aim to train the students to obtain a skillful technologically advanced training along with development of a benevolent welfare vision towards the society. The students should gather their theoretical knowledge, practical skills and at the same time learn to be an integral part of the society so that they become successful and the same time useful for the greater mankind.
At our institute, we take care of the fact that the students not only go through an intense academic training but participate actively in sports, cultural and other social activities. These growing years should be a memorable journey for them so that they not only become good doctors but great human beings with resilient strong characters.
Housed in our campus is are fantastic hostels, separate state of art gyms for boys and girls, a cafeteria you would love to spend time in, sprawling lawns and gardens where you feel a part of nature, a more than eight thousand sq feet of library area, a state of art central sterilization department, clean hygienic spacious super-specialty departments, best of the radiological infrastructure, most advanced instruments and equipment and a great dining facility that provides you healthy nourishing food. The infrastructure is put to able use by our team of young and energetic team of faculty and support staff.
Our hospital serves more than a hundred thousand patients a year free of cost for most of the treatments and some very expensive treatments at a most nominal cost. We run a Specialty medical OPD that is absolutely free. Hematological and histopathological tests and general and various dental radiological examinations are done at a cost to cost basis.
Together it has been a dream journey for us until now where we stress on the notion of
